Jeff Myers

President & Chairman

Jeff Myers joined the board in 2015 looking to bring his corporate leadership
experience and skills to a Kingdom-centric non-profit. Having been a furniture
donor, Jeff was familiar with the ministry and was drawn to addressing the
unmet needs of families coming out of crisis. He also recognized the potential
of the ministry to tap into a broader base of volunteers impacting more fully
the recipients served. He became Chairman in 2018 and is leading the board
to set a new vision for what it means to “be generous and give them whatever
they need” (Deuteronomy 15:8).

Jeff is retired now but previously led the government business sector for First
Data Corporation, a Fortune 500 payments processing company. Jeff has
more than 25 years of experience working with State and local governments,
particularly in the area of Health and Human Services.

What I love about Fully Furnished Ministries:

David Pope

David has been active in commercial real estate since 2007, working for Lavista Associates, specializing in sales and leasing of industrial properties. David is actively involved as a member at Perimeter Church in Johns Creek and has a heart to serve God’s kingdom. David attended the University of Georgia and resides with his wife and three sons in Peachtree Corners

Tom Hall

Tom Hall first served with Movers & Shakers in 2003, volunteering with his discipleship group to work on one of the ministry’s trucks on a workday Saturday. He saw first hand the impact of the ministry on the lives of those it touched, and his passion for it grew steadily as the ministry itself grew. He soon became Warehouse Manager, then a member of the Board of Directors in 2005.

Tom is a retired attorney, having practiced law at McKenna Long & Aldridge in Atlanta for 27 years, where he was Managing Partner for 11 years.

What I love about Fully Furnished Ministries:

“I love that every aspect of this ministry is focused on Christ and powered by prayer. Even as the ministry has grown significantly and changed in scope through the years, its mission and passion has always been to live and share the gospel.”

Lee Gantt

Lee Gantt has served on the board as Vice President of IT for over two years.  His first encounter with the ministry over 10 years ago was with his discipleship group.  After volunteering several times, Lee reached out for involvement from his two sons, Nate and Cain who each enjoyed their special time with dad serving others.

Lee has over 30 years of practice in the IT field with his consulting company.  He enjoys cooking and music and served on worship teams at Perimeter Church for many years.

What I love about Fully Furnished Ministries:

“I was excited to enjoy one-on-one time with my boys as they grew up around the ministry.  It enabled many teachable moments for them to appreciate what they have and witness the hardships of others.  Fully Furnished Ministries provides a critical gap of service for those in crisis and need. “

Lee Williams

Director (Former Chairman & President)

Lee is immediate past president of Fully Furnished Ministries.  He led the ministry through it's growth from an occasional response to furniture needs to a sustainable ministry that orchestrates needs, volunteers, furniture donations and trucks on a regular basis and touches hundreds of volunteers, ministry partners and furniture recipients each year.

At work, Lee is Director of Global Services Marketing for ARRIS - a global provider of equipment and solutions to broadband service providers.  He enjoys time on Berkeley Lake where he and Wendy live and hanging out with their three girls, two sons-in-law and granddaughter.

What I love about Fully Furnished Ministries:

“Fully Furnished Ministries works on so many levels.  Obviously it's ministry to families in need.  But it's also ministry to volunteers who need to serve.  And to partners who need a way to serve their clients more fully.  And to churches that want to add serving to their discipleship programs.  And to children who serve with their parents and learn the joy of giving back.”

Ben Wolf

Ben Wolf serves on the board focusing on technology, marketing and strategy. He first connected with the ministry in 2013 as a service project with his men's discipleship group at Perimeter Church. After repeating as a volunteer several times he joined the board in 2016.

Ben is Vice President of Technology at eVestment, a Nasdaq company. Outside of work and ministry, he loves to go on adventures with his wife and 2 girls and he is an avid road cyclist.

What I love about Fully Furnished Ministries:

"I love the life impact Fully Furnished has on everyone we touch. When you see a child lay down in their first bed it is amazing to get a glimpse of how it is impacting their lives. When our volunteers see the real situations that are happening right down the street from our comfortable situations, you can see their worldview shift."

Ray Van Tiflin

Ray Van Tiflin was first a recipient of furniture of the ministry when he first moved to Georgia in 2012. After seeing the impact it made in his own life at a time of need, he has served with Fully Furnished ministries both as a volunteer since 2012 and as a board member since 2015.

He is a practicing Doctor of Physical Therapy in Cobb and Fulton Counties for Interim HealthCare of Atlanta, specifically in Homecare. He is also a licensed Chaplain through the International Fellowship of Chaplains. In his free time he loves to spend time with his wife and daughter, family, playing and watching sports, and getting out on the lake anytime he can.

What I love about Fully Furnished Ministries:

“I love that a simple ministry of delivering and picking up furniture with a group of normal, everyday people, can turn into an experience that changes the lives of those serving and being served forever. It is truly amazing to see the presence of God affect and effect everyone involved in such a profound way.”
